2. Who Can Use Our Services

You may only use our Services if:

You are over the age of 13
You are authorised by your educational institution or employer
You have been assigned an account through a recognised provider (e.g. university SSO or verified email address)

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Your Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

All activities under your account
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

You agree not to share your account, misuse the Services, or interfere with others’ use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload viruses or malicious code
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Service

You retain ownership of any original content you submit or create using the platform (e.g. notes, activity records), but grant Time Tink a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content to facilitate service delivery.

6. Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee availability. We may:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service
Limit access due to maintenance, security, or operational issues
Change features and functionality at any time, without liability

Where material changes occur, we’ll provide notice via the platform or email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Time Tink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Time Tink does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data provided by institutions or users
Total liability in any calendar year is limited to the amount paid (if any) for use of the Service in that year

8. Termination

You or your institution may terminate your access at any time. We reserve the right to:

Suspend or deactivate accounts for breaches of these Terms
Retain certain data in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Services after updates are published constitutes acceptance.
